About the Band
Flamingo Pink at Civic Square
Flamingo Pink is a three piece Rock 'n' Roll Band from Wellington, New Zealand. They've been together for over 3 years now and have just released their Debut Ep - Take Flight with 8 of their songs. Their Ep Release on the 22nd of September marked their last show with their Guitarist - Finnbar Johanson, who left the band to persue other musical passions
Flamingo Pink are inspired by classic rock artists of the past and a few more modern groups. Their songs are full of Catchy Licks, Kickass Riffs and Radical Solos, ranging from Mellow Acoustic numbers to Upbeat Rock ballads
